Hello Garymazeffa, thanks for taking the time to write.

“The Jewish religion does not allow for a God-Man in any form, not even an image, which is similar to the beliefs of Muslims.”
It most certainly does!
Let me introduce you to the book of Exodus, part of the Jewish Torah:
Exodus 24:9–11
[9] Then Moses and Aaron, Nadab, and Abihu, and seventy of the elders of Israel went up, [10] and they saw the God of Israel. There was under his feet as it were a pavement of sapphire stone, like the very heaven for clearness. [11] And he did not lay his hand on the chief men of the people of Israel; they beheld God, and ate and drank. (ESV)
My friend, who did they see?
They saw the God of Israel. It’s clear this isn’t an angel or a messenger. No angel is ever called “the God of Israel!”
They saw God — and He is in a body.
He has feet. He is standing on a pavement of sapphire stone.
Who is Jesus?
Jesus is this same God whom Moses and the elders of Israel saw with their own eyes. Jesus is “God with us” — the God of Israel in flesh, dwelling among His people.

“It is interesting that God chose to become a God-Man during the pagan cultures of Greece and Rome, considering the competition at the time. It may not be a coincidence.”
Exodus was written long before Greece and Rome and their pagan cultures.
If anyone borrowed, Rome and Greece borrowed from the Jews and the Christians.

“For someone who has all of time in the world, HE could have done better. Well, maybe next time.”
An easy accusation to make, my friend.
Impossible to prove.
You can certainly try to do what God has done.
Let me know how successful you are in spreading your message across the world.
