Hello Jonathan,

Thanks for taking the time to respond, my friend.

I agree: what’s dead can be resurrected. The story can continue. But it takes God to bring life to what we killed by our rebellion.

That’s why I quoted from the first five verses of Ephesians 2. They make it clear that God can restore us to life, even though we once were dead in our sins.

I’m not sure how you see me speaking of death, finality, and judgment. My emphasis is life: that even though our rebellion killed us spiritually, God longs to bring us to new life in Christ Jesus. What we killed He wants to resurrect.

God is good.

Thus, even though Adam and Eve died spiritually and lost Paradise, they didn’t lose God. He continued in relationship with them, giving them an open door to find spiritual life again.

Have a great day, my friend!
