Hello Joseph, thanks for responding.

I apologize for taking a few weeks to get back to you.

"Kyle, thanks for taking the time to reply and for your comments. I will reserve the right to decide what I need to know and it's been 45+ year journey of studying scripture, secular historical accounts, countless theologians, and much more. It all has helped me experience profound awe, reverence, and the humility of uncertainty for our Creator."

Certainly, my friend, we must make up our own minds. I would never seek to bludgeon you and demand that you believe by force.

Certainly, awe and reverence are entirely appropriate for our Creator.

Certainly, humility in the face of uncertainty is better the pride or obstinacy.

Yet it is entirely appropriate to search the Scriptures and endeavor to believe all that they teach. Such a thing is humility, my friend.

I don't assume that I know everything. I assume that if the Scriptures clash with my beliefs, it is the Scriptures that are correct, not me.

"Corinthians 1 8

We know that “We all possess knowledge.” But knowledge puffs up while love builds up. 2 Those who think they know something do not yet know as they ought to know. 3 But whoever loves God is known by God.[22].

Namaste"

My friend, what is love?

Is it loving to believe Jesus, or to reject Him?

When Jesus commands us to pray to Him, is it loving to believe Him, or to reject Him?

When Jesus promises to answer our prayers, is it loving to believe Him, or to deny Him?
