Hello Matthew, thanks for responding.

You said:

"So there are two gods"

Think of your stomach and your brain.

Both your stomach and your brain are you. You are one person. You aren't two people. You are one singular human being.

Yet your stomach can crave food, even food that's bad for you.

Your brain can resist this, saying no, I'm not eating that.

Your stomach and brain can get into a wrestling match over it. You'll find out which one is stronger depending on whether you eat or not.

How can this be?

How can two parts of you disagree with each other? You're one human being!

Yes, you're one -- but you're a complex one.

God is a complex one.

God has parts that can talk and disagree with each other, as you do.

Yet these parts don't make you two human beings. You are still one human being, even as you have a stomach and brain duking it out. You are one human being.

God is one God.
