Hello Notch, thanks for responding.

God didn't make them flawed. God made them independent. They could exercise dominion on their own, making their own decisions instead of only parroting God.

That's a good gift -- a mind of their own to use as they see fit.

Would you rather be able to think your own thoughts? Or would you rather simply parrot what someone else wanted you to do with no ability to think indepdently?

Which sounds like a better gift?

Next, all humanity sins.

This is not some case where we're all innocent, but Adam sinned, and we're being punished for his crime that we didn't commit.

Nope. We're all complicit. We all commit the same crime Adam committed, and far, far worse.

We are suffering for our own sins, not Adam's. Even if he lived a perfect life, and we lived the lives we're living now, we'd suffer the same things. We're suffering the consequences of our own sins.
