Hello Notch, thanks for the link.
Again, my friend, the link does not prove what you want it to.
Proving the Trinity from Revelation 22 is quite simple, as the article above does.
Your article tries to undermine the titles “the First and the Last” and “Alpha and Omega,” but ends up supporting them.
It rightly sees that only God is ever called “the First and the Last,” twice in Isaiah and three times in Revelation. It tries to remove the force of this by inventing its own definition of what the title means, but this is vacuous. The title itself tells you what it means.
Isaiah 44:6 emphasizes that there is no God but God; no one but Him can bear this title.
That verse alone destroys your article, as your article tries in vain to argue that other people besides God can bear the title, despite God Himself saying there is no God but Him who can bear it.
Further, your article tries to invent its own definition of what the title means, yet the title itself is a meaning.
There can only be One who is “the First and the Last.” Both are superlative. There is no one before God and no one who will come after God. There can never be another First and Last. No one but God can ever be BOTH superlatives, both the First (existing before all) and the Last (after whom no one will ever come).
The title itself is exclusive to God.
