Hello Notch, that’s a nice example, but it has nothing to do with the Scriptures. Jesus never described his relationship with the Father in the way that you described your relationship with your wife.

Jesus says He is one with the Father. Not one opinion, not one purpose, but ONE.

Jesus also says that if you’ve seen Him, you’ve seen the Father.

It is not true that if I’ve seen your wife, I’ve seen you. It is not true that if I’ve seen your son, I’ve seen you.

There is something different going on with Jesus and the Father than with you and your wife or your son.
