Certainly, God can do anything! And indeed, they are fully alive and breathing human beings. I indicate as much in the article.

Colloquially, this passage is often referred to as the "zombie" passage, which is why I used the phrase.

But you are certainly correct that they were revived as fully alive people -- not what we think of as zombies.
