Hello S Martin Shelton, thanks for taking the time to respond.

You said:

"Kyle, Well done indeed.

My simple mind is confused. I am led to understand that Islam is the fastest growing religion--especially in Africa."

Islam is growing swiftly, but not as swiftly as that.

Christian evangelism outpaces Muslim evangelism.

This is noticeable especially when you compare projections with data. Let's compare a Pew study from 2010 with the Gordon Conwell data from 2020 that I reference in this article.

Pew suggested that Christianity would number 2,382,750,000 by 2020. GC shows Christians actually grew to 2,518,834,000.

Pew suggested Islam would number 1,907,110,000 by 2020. GC shows them beneath this, at 1,893,345,000.

Christian growth seems to exceed expectation, while Muslim growth seems to fall short.
